Our advanced subscription portal, accessible through your omaspride.com account, offers more customization and flexibility options than almost any other brand. Modify, skip, swap, and add products to your subscription at the click of a button. Please note that all e-commerce customers must make order edits 24 hours or longer before the order ships.

At Oma's Pride, we offer two different subscription types: Standard and Custom. Save 5% on both subscription types.

Standard Subscriptions are based on your dog’s size: extra small, small, medium, large, or extra large. You can also order a Standard Subscription for cats of all sizes. Standard Subscriptions include Woof Complete Chicken Recipe (for dogs), Signature Mixes (for dogs), or Purr Complete Recipes (for cats).

Our Complete Recipes meet and exceed AAFCO’s nutritional standards for all life stages. If you choose a Complete Recipe, you don’t need to add anything to it. These all-in-one meals provide all of the nutrients your dog or cat needs. However, you can add treats, toppers, or supplements as desired.

Our Signature Mixes (for dogs only) are meant to be fed in rotation to achieve balance over time instead of every meal. These mixes come in chicken, turkey, beef, and lamb; they contain meat, bones, organs, and veggies.

Through our Feline subscription, you'll receive a carefully curated assortment of high-quality meals for your cat. Our Feline subscription is specifically designed for cats of all sizes. Starting at $22.50 per week!

Each shipment contains 6 x 2 lb Purr Complete Feline Poultry Meal. Get it delivered every 3 or 4 weeks, based on your preference.

Through our Extra Large Dog Subscription, you'll receive a carefully curated assortment of high-quality meals for your dog. Our Extra Large Dog Subscription is specifically designed for dogs weighing over 75 lbs. Starting at $59.57 per week!

You get to decide between two options with different proteins for your order. Get it delivered every 3 or 4 weeks, based on your preference.

Through our Extra Small Dog Subscription, you'll receive a carefully curated assortment of high-quality meals for your dog. Our Extra Small Dog Subscription is specifically designed for dogs weighing up to 10 lbs. Starting at $16.20 per week!

You get to decide between two options with different proteins for your order. Get it delivered every 3 or 4 weeks, based on your preference.

We also offer Custom Subscriptions in addition to Standard Subscriptions. To start a Custom Subscription, simply click the “Subscribe & Save” button on any product page before adding an item to your cart. Save 5% on every Custom Subscription order.

You can create a subscription out of almost any product (or combination of products) that we sell on the Oma’s Pride website!

To start a new Standard Subscription:

1. Simply select one of the following: https://omaspride.com/subscriptions/ based on your pet's size and pet type.

2. Select your recipe type and if you would like your shipment to go out every 3 or 4 weeks.

3. Add the order to your cart and check out!

To begin a new Custom Subscription:

1. Click the “Subscribe & Save” button on the product page before adding the item to your cart.

2. Choose the quantity and frequency you’d like for your subscription, then add the selection to your cart.

3. Add as many products as you’d like to a Custom Subscription!

Our advanced subscription portal allows you to customize your pet subscription as you go. To access your subscriptions, log into your Oma’s Pride online account. Next, click on your name to view your account. Click “Manage Subscriptions” on the left-hand menu. From there, you’ll be directed to manage all of your online subscriptions.

In the subscription portal, you can view and make changes to the following:

• Shipping address

• Payment method

• Order a shipment now or skip a shipment

• Edit existing subscriptions (add products, remove products, change delivery frequency, and more)

• Ship on your schedule. With our new subscription management system, you can get your deliveries auto-shipped on a schedule that works for you. You can also get your package sooner, skip a shipment, or cancel at any time.

• Easily create & modify. Change, remove, swap, or add products to your Custom Subscriptions subscriptions quickly and independently through your online account.

• Manage payments. Easily update any existing payment method or add a new one associated with your account.

• Easy-to-use dashboard. You can view all of your subscription details in your Oma's Pride online account. Here, you can also view upcoming shipments, manage payment methods, modify subscriptions, and more!

• Dedicated customer support. Our dedicated customer care specialists are always available to help you with any questions about the subscription management system. We're here to help!

• Fast & reliable shipping. As always, your subscription packages will arrive quickly and are backed by Oma's Promise to protect your order and the planet.
