Purr Complete feline poultry
Written by Susan on 2nd Mar 2023

Great Food. Wonderful Product - but unfortunately my two kitties wanted nothing to do with it. They've eaten other brands/varieties (we rehydrate them all with warm water), but I guess this one just isn't their cup of tea. So sorry

Cat loves these
Written by LESLIE COOPER on 16th Sep 2020

I started my 8 week old kitten on a raw food diet. She's not too fond of the raw version Complete Feline Poultry Meal, but she loves the freeze dried version of it. I keep it on hand and feed to her daily, but also because I live in an area prone to hurricanes, so this is the perfect alternative to raw.

My cats seem to like this
Written by Diana on 2nd Jul 2020

My ragdoll kittens seem to like the taste of this but will only eat a a small portion at a time. Sometimes they like it crumpled up and sprinkled over other food. They have become so fickle.

Fantastic product and incredible customer service
Written by Mary on 11th May 2020

Our kitty LOVES these meals! Granted, he is really food motivated to begin with but he begs for his meals 24/7 and getting him to eat O'Paws has never been an issue. Transitioning him was really easy and he didn't have any digestive/vomiting issues at all; in fact, his litter box definitely smells nicer! We love how convenient it is for travel and at home, since we care so much about what he eats and wanted to make sure he had a healthy raw diet. On top of that, the customer service that this company provides is AMAZING. They are responsive and extremely helpful (thank you Meghan!!) and have our customer loyalty. We have repurchased twice and will continue to do so as long as these are available! O'Paws, please make more flavors of the freeze fried complete feline meals - we'd snap 'em up!

Great but expensive
Written by Brigitte on 5th Feb 2018

I own a Bengal cat with inflammatory bowl disease or possible lymphoma and needed a high quality protein other than chicken and fish for her to eat. She is really selective and finding anything for her to eat has been a challenge but she does like that this product. I mix it with half a 1.5 oz. of Royal Canin Veterinary Diet Gastrointestinal Moderate Calorie canned food for now and she eats it all! I will continue to try other products but wish they would ship the truly raw food to Texas. I rated 4 stars because the price is rather high. I wish O'Paws Purr 9-Pack were less expensive.

The best, and not just for cats!
Written by Kathleen S. on 3rd Apr 2016

I have a 15 year old Tibetan Spaniel, a pup I bred that has returned to me (her elderly owner could no longer care for her). She arrived a year ago, eating ok and maintaining weight, but vomiting far too frequently, slow moving, and of course depressed and confused by the loss of her owner. Tests revealing nothing to explain her digestive issues. I started feeding her Purr and nothing else. The vomiting ceased the day she started eating it and has not returned. She now eats a variety of raw foods, but I still feed Purr as 50% of her diet. She is bouncy, healthy, happy, and thriving. I had been feeding my cats Purr as an occasional addition to their main diet of a variety of frozen whole critters. It is without doubt the best dry cat (or dog) food I've found.

The kitties love it!
Written by JAlston on 7th Dec 2015

I normally feed my cats the Oma's Purr raw diet. They absolutely devour it! I thought I'd try the freeze dried just for the convenience. One of the cats is picky but they both love this stuff too! I just crumble it up in their feeding bowl and add a little water to rehydrate it. I use it when I forget to get the raw Purr out of the freezer in time for their dinner. Awesome stuff!!
