Orders Eligible For Free Shipping
We are proud to offer free standard shipping on online orders totaling $149+. See below for details and clarification.
- All online orders with a cart value of $149 or more that are shipping to the contiguous United States. Carts can include raw frozen products, dry products, or a combination of both. Cart value must be $149 or more after all discounts are applied (excludes taxes and shipping).
- All subscription meal plans built through our meal plan builder that are shipping to the contiguous United States.
Shipping Days
1) West Coast Orders
All West Coast orders will be fulfilled through a frozen fulfillment partner in California. West Coast states include California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Nevada, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Colorado, and New Mexico.
Orders ship out only on Wednesdays. Please plan ahead! The order needs to be placed one day ahead to be shipped out the next day. All orders made between Thursday and Tuesday will ship out the next Wednesday.
2) Non-West Coast Orders
All non–West Coast orders will be fulfilled through a frozen fulfillment partner with warehouses in New Jersey and Indiana.
- An order placed on Sunday will ship the next shipping day (Monday).
- An order placed on Monday will ship out the next shipping day (Wednesday).
- An order placed on Thursday will ship out the next shipping day (Monday).

Order Edits
All order edits must be made at least 24 hours or longer before the order's ship date. Please reach out at least 48 hours before your order's ship date to ensure that we can accommodate any changes.
Order Processing
Please allow 24-48 hours to process your order before shipment. Please note that once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, we begin processing and dispatching your pet's food as quickly as possible. This swift process is designed to get your pet's food to you as fast as possible. Reminder, all West Coast orders ship out on Wednesdays and all non-West Coast orders ship out on Mondays and Wednesdays.
Cancellations
Due to the time-sensitive nature of our operations, we do not accept order cancellations once your payment has been processed. We understand that unexpected situations may arise; exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis. We are proud to ship our products (frozen and dry) across the U.S. Our free shipping options are only available inside the contiguous U.S. (excludes Alaska and Hawaii). We are not able to offer international shipping outside of the U.S. at this time.
